This policy covers paid plans, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for DBM Learning Academy.
1) Plans & Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
- By starting a plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- Taxes may apply based on your location.
2) Cancellations
- Cancel anytime from Account → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Access remains active through the paid-through date. No further charges after cancellation effective date.
3) Refunds
- Monthly plans: non-refundable once the billing period starts.
- Annual plans: 14-day refund window from initial purchase (not renewals) if substantially unused; pro-rate may apply.
- Add-ons / digital downloads: non-refundable once delivered.
- We may decline refunds for accounts with policy violations or excessive prior refunds.
4) Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately; charges are prorated for the current cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
5) Payment Issues
- Failed payments may trigger retries and temporary access limits.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension. Contact us first to resolve billing issues.
6) Price Changes
We may change prices with notice. Changes apply at your next renewal unless you cancel beforehand.
7) Schools & Group Licensing
Custom agreements may include different terms; those govern in case of conflict with this page.
