This Code applies to all areas of the platform, including comments, Library & Resource Center contributions, and collaboration between parents, students, teachers/coaches, and principal guides.
1) Be Respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying.
- Use constructive feedback; remember many users are families and minors.
2) Safe for Families
- No pornography, sexual content involving minors, or explicit violence/gore.
- No profanity in titles/thumbnails; keep materials age-appropriate.
3) “Shared & Universal” Library Rules
- Post only materials you have rights to share; cite sources where required.
- Do not include personal or sensitive data (student addresses, health data, etc.).
- No test keys, paid curriculum PDFs, or paywalled content without permission.
- Use accurate titles/tags; mislabeling or SEO spam is not allowed.
- Flag issues using the report tools or email support@dbmlearningacademy.com.
4) Academic Integrity
- No plagiarism or cheating aids; credit creators and publishers.
- AI-generated content must follow these rules and not infringe others’ rights.
5) Security & Fair Use
- No spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- No malware or harmful scripts.
6) Roles & Responsibilities
- Parents: supervise student accounts and posting.
- Teachers/Coaches: offer guidance aligned with the Code and local law.
- Students: follow class norms and content rules; ask a parent before posting.
7) Enforcement & Strikes
- We use warnings and a 3-strike system for non-egregious violations.
- Egregious violations (child safety, large-scale piracy, threats) may result in immediate suspension or termination.
- You may appeal moderation decisions by emailing support@dbmlearningacademy.com with context and links.
